Excellent video Yang Yang! I see you pay attention to every detail in order for it to work everything has to be right. I am going to use this for tennis because I am always leaving one step out. Either my feet weren't in position my body wasn't The biggest thing that I noticed was how you keep your head still down and eyes fixed on the ball. That is my BIGGEST problem in tennis and TT I am always looking at the net for some reason and not the ball. Thanks again I subscribed to your channel. P.S. very good English thanks for putting the work in LOL.

Dear Yangyang ! ...It is a good explaination .I want to complete this tutorial wtih RUBBERS . Slow spinny loop to do the best rubbers are tacky and not too hard . At fast powerful loop it is not so relevant which RUBBER you use .But in this case the harder and tackier is the better . Ma Long and Liu shiwen do so with two hurrican 3 ( backhand / forehand ) Before somebody would change his rubbers I have to note it is difficult to play with hurricans on both sides even for an asian player . For a europian to do so is a HARD THING but not impossible. Tenergy rubbers shooting the balls .... So you can play with Tenergy more comfortable. (physically). But the the controll over the ball with Tenergy is less than Huurrican 3

I thought this too, but when I paused the video she drops the racket initially, then brings it up to waist height when she actually begins the stroke
@ryouo5950
@ryouo5950 5 жыл бұрын
It's still for making a top spin so you need to put down your racket at first. Focus on the stroke of the moment hitting the ball, it's totally different.

Loved this video! I really struggle with the fast loop (usually go long). However, after watching this, it seems to be because my coach is getting me to use a more vertical stroke, similar to a slow loop. I can't keep the ball on the table😂

i have a question regarding the forward force are you using the turning of the body primarily for the forward force? or does the shoulder/arm also turn forward just a bit? it seems like arm basically snaps and adds spin and the turning of the body delivers most of the forward power? is that correct?
