Hey Jon My comments don't relate to this lesson, but I posted here hoping you might read it as its the latest post. I subscribed a four months ago then unsubscribed 2 months ago as the lessons I was interested in seemed to hard to follow now I've subscribed again. You certainly are a very fine player indeed but sometimes I cant keep up. I would rate myself as an immediate player having been playing for 40 years or so but just getting back into things after a 15 year break. (the brain and fingers don't move like they used to!) I was just going through the "Folsom Prison Blues" lesson and while its pretty basic stuff I got lost when I got to the 7.02 mark with the ending. It would nice if you could sort of run through that riff a couple of times and a little slower so I could follow it better. I'm sort of learning it helps if I slow the playback speed then I can follow the fingering a little better but still difficult as the camera is a long way from the fingerboard. Just my thoughts, I guess everyone learns at a different pace, but my impression is that your lessons are structured more towards the advanced player. You're a fine player and its great content I was thinking why you haven't got 100,000 subscribers. You certainly deserve to. Can I request some country style licks in E along the lines of the piece you did in your Maton vs Martin video at 0.22. Thats a pretty cool lick. Could I also request a couple of Sturgill Simpson songs (just discovered him and love his stuff) maybe like "Turtles All The Way Down" or "Life of Sin" etc. Regards Stay Safe
