Hey Eric. I have been trying to learn guitar on and off for the past 8 years, but because I teach elementary school full time it can be a challenge. However, I am finding your teaching style to be excellent! I really appreciate how you break things down into small chunks (good teaching practices!), and your Band in a Box accompaniment is truly wonderful to play along to. This coming from a guy getting near the end of his teaching career (I am 57!). Anyway, thanks for all your help. Eric ! It's Norm again,2 Things,1,So much to learn and so little time. 2.Re Vibrato,and this is gonna sound crazy,I can only 'bend' the string downwards then create the vibrato,I can bend 'up',but can't seem to introduce the lovely vibrato sound,should I worry about that ? Also,if I'd found you earlier I could have been the next B.B.King ! Fingers may need work yet,but I got the figure ! Once again,great instruction,am grateful.

Hello Eric, Just one more question regarding this solo. Would it be bad practice to just play this with the thumb. Normally when I play country I pick but that's because I'm using all 6 strings, and here we are only using the first 4. What do you think? Thanks Phil
