I like the eye exercise I'm just a guy who is trying this out but really most of my face is hidden behind beard, wonder how does this tie in with actual yoga, do you feel the energy etc or is the purpose different? I guess deep breathing while doing exercises helps to feel calm and inner beauty as well? I appreciate your time

Hi I love your videos, Parmita, can you make a video or have you made a video for college and production... Also do you have a video to shorten the PHILTRUM, the area between the nose and the top lip... I am 69 years old and that area has lengthened and top lip is thinner, since the philtrum has lengthened but the cupid bow is still kind of slightly there... i don't think so I'm only a little younger than you and have noticed incredible changes in my skin on my body from serious exercise ..im just starting the face exercises...i'm pretty sure thats how the body works.. controlled damage to the tissues through exercise brings all the healing and renewing chemicals to the area. of course important to have the nutrients and avoid the toxins to make it easier for the body to renew the tissues. sweet potatoes, oatmeal/milk, raw onion, greens, broccoli, blueberries, papaya, etc ..no or very little cooked fat ..etc etc..don't fall for the propaganda for the meat and high fat diets..check Dr Neal Barnard and others for science based nutrition. good luck x
