I was just thinking, I’d love to see a video on etiquette protocols for uncomfortable situations, like making poor calls at work or school, running into ex lovers/friends, breaking a valuable, etc. It would be so valuable to be able to prepare for these very real moments

This is such an amazing lecture about posture and poise - thank you, Jamila. I've noticed that you are very much aware of your body and in sync with it's movement, intuitively creating natural movement and angles which are most flattering both in photos and real life. That's what professional photographers would insist upon - create angles with your arms and legs if you are posing while sitting down and create movement with your torso, using natural curve that can be emphasized in the ways you've showed here. Once we learn to move and carry out body in elegant manner, it becomes part of our visual identity that appears very natural and given, not something we learned and practiced. Great video!

Your first suggestion is life changing. It reminded me of something I was taught at an advanced driving course that was equally stunning: "Steer with your eyes". Looking where your nose is pointing is genius advice. So simple, not tricky do's & don'ts to mentally recite and powerfully effective. Bravo.
