Күн бұрын

The ability to observe non-judgmentally what goes on inside you depends on your level of awareness. In this video, Eckhart discusses our primary purpose - to awaken into the new consciousness that is evolving on the planet - and how this process of awakening comes down to making daily life your continual practice.

@AnisQiz

@@raphaelcalinga5355 it started accidentally, after attending 4-day personal development seminar. 4 days in a row, seminar started at 9am till 11pm, where you are intensely listening, writing, and so on. No time to be in your head and let the usual throughts gush through. So on 5th day, seminar was over, i woke up feeling ALIVE. Tingling. everything was brighter. I felt free. By the end of the week that feeling left. And i wondering how it happened and why it happened. +1 year later after reading POwer of Now, i realised that i had that feeling because i stopped thinking. What changed my life was the awareness of what happened.

For as long as I can remember, I observe the world and people around me, as if I were watching a movie, I notice things that nobody pays attention to. Everyone is running somewhere, stressed and addicted to time. I have never come to terms with this course of life, I have rebelled against this life, I want to be after God's heart. Eckhart, I needed a spiritual guide like you, thank you for making the present aware 😊 and thank God for you, because the road to God is in the present. God is always but only in the present, always new, never old. 💖

Yep, it is so tempting to dwell in the "my life" state. I was in overdrive for months trying to escape my circumstances and now I'm mostly content with the is-ness, and "knowing I do not know". I'm really proud of myself for choosing self-compassion, patience, and balance. While It feels risky to slow things down, I have faith I'll overcome my challenges and flow into inspired action. *5 Ways To Raise Your Vibration:* 1. When emotions are high, intelligence is low. Make decisions with balanced emotions. 2. Before raising your vibrations, practice techniques like self love, gratitude and dance. 3. Place your hands on your heart and remember all the things you're grateful for. 4. Play some amazing music and get your body moving and when you feel the joy but your mind is a chaos. 5. To calm your mind, take a deep breath keep on practicing and then set your intentions or wishes with the highest vibration. ~ Much Love from a Growing KZfaqr💜
@lastincarnation8062
@lastincarnation8062 3 жыл бұрын
Wanting to raise our vibration is a defense mechanism of the ego. There`s no transcendence in it, just a perpetual dance between highs and lows, between two ego identities in conflict with each other. One part is that which generates the so-called “low vibrations” with its core beliefs and negative automatic thoughts, and the other part is that which judges and resists these thoughts and the feelings, the “vibrations”, created by the thoughts, due to its limiting beliefs and conditionings. The one that resists the state it’s experiencing in the present moment and wants to control it, to escape into more pleasant states it decides it should have instead. Listen to @1:24 for an example of two ego parts arguing with each other. We have lots of these internal parts that form an internal family system of false ego identities. But this attachment to control and to desired experiences doesn’t remove the cause of the - what this spiritual ego part labels as - “low frequencies”. And therefore those “lower” states will keep coming back. They will keep, what this limited spiritual ego perceives as, “intruding” into its desired experience. This spiritual ego part that masquarades as a true spiritual self, is itself filled with unconscious fear, and wanting to be good enough. Its purpose in the ego structure is that of protection from realizing the core wound of the part it’s resisting, while having its own limiting identity beliefs. It’s a never-ending struggle between two false identities with no hope for ultimate transcendence on this level of awareness. Both parts need to be observed and disidentified from so both lose their grip on our attention. Then who we really are can finally emerge.

Crazy to think that in not knowing there is peace. Presence is everything. With presence we extend ourselves, and with thought we limit ourselves. Presence allows for us to seep into everything without becoming anything. I like how the greatest philosopher was the one who was fine in not knowing, it seems that people have a different conception nowadays of a philosopher. I have left the darkness manipulative ways of thinking patterns cycles lies of the matrix that have been passed down generation after generation! The ego is powerful it's absolutely liberating to be able to say yes that was my life that's what happened to me and I no longer have to sit in shame guilt and or regret. It's absolutely time to recreate a new way of being. To exist freely with others holding love kindness compassion joy peace patience 💜🙏🏻for anyone who crosses my path. How freeing it is to say I am there! I'm hopeful I will continue to build upon the confidence courage wisdom I have gained! Thank you Spirit! Thank you Holy Spirit for never leaving me! 🙏🏻Amen.

Find out what the ego is. The words or phrases it likes to throw around makes it easy to spot. I and me are frequently heard. "Who do you think you are?'', " That's not fair", "What about me?". Start there and you will get better at it over time. It consists of all the opinions of you by everyone you have ever met. This collection of opinions is mistakenly taken to be who we really are.

I do not tell stories about myself. I make stories about what happens I see on the News and I elaborate compulsively about it. I wake up and it pops into my mind and I can not stop to fall back into sleep.

I have been interested in Tolle ever since I stumbled upon The Power of Now many years ago now. I have screened quite a few of the KZfaq videos. So much of what he says makes sense, but at the same time, there has always been something that nagged me about all of it, and I could not put my finger on it. Then, it suddenly, recently came to me that the observation that Tolle speaks of, and all the rest, sounds a lot like dissociation, and in the U.S. at least, that is considered a pathological state. Anyone else think bout this?

I memorized this saying MANY years ago… another take on Eckhart’s discussion: He (she they etc.) who knows not, and knows that he knows not, is a child, teach him; He who knows, but knows not that he knows, is asleep, wake him; He who knows not, and knows not that he knows not, is a fool, shun him; He who knows, and knows that he knows, is wise, follow him.

When it comes to my own actions, I have no problem to take it as it happens. I can wait, be patient even, etc. But I work with people and mentor them. If they are slow, etc. then if I take it as it is, then I'm fine but their career/studies/training suffers. If I push them, then it is letting my ego-mind taking over. I still haven't resolved this dilemma. I have learnt everyone has their own style and it is indeed what it is, but at the same time, some people like to finish stuff at the last minute and then expect me to turn things around in hours.

Yes there comes a time when stripping back the layers of life experiences with the help of therapy & self questioning ends and the ego becomes nothing more than an expressive filter of ones own authentic self. The wiser one becomes the mird one understands we know very little at all.

I have never really understood why I have a need to reflect deeply on events or situations that take place during the day; like I have to digest and process them and then I can move on. Without doing that, I don't have the same peace as it seems things are being shelved. These are not just disappointing situations or events, but could also be happy times. A comment would be interesting if possible. Thankyou!

Hi Miriam, Boy, that need to "process" everything that happens, everything anyone says or does is a dilemma, huh? I think it comes from a preconditioned egoic mind set that has taken years/decades to develop. Getting out of that pattern is my challenge! A couple of slogans that help me are: 1. QTIP...Quit Taking It Personally. This reminds me that people, even my closest loved ones, do not do or say things to me or at me. They do and say based on their own egoic mind and thinking. So why should I spend any of my time trying to figure them out when I'm absolutely not able to know their minds or thoughts. By not taking it personally, I'm able to just hear it or watch it and accept it as what is... nothing more! I'm not in charge of them just as they are not in charge of me. 2. How Important Is It Really? Asking this question almost always gets me out of my egoic thinking and back to being present in the moment. Why, because most of the time there really isn't anything that important going on, unless what happened has negative impact directly on my life situation or circumstances either physically, financially, or mentally. In that case, it is okay for me to take action to mitigate the consequences on my life. For me, Eckhart has been a godsend in helping me figure out my part in things and letting go of what's not my part. Hope this makes sense.❤️ Peace and love always with as much loving kindness as possible?💞
