How to Pre-Make Meals for a Camping Trip

In this video we go over the steps to pre-make camping meals
We are an empty nester couple traveling the US with our Tiny camper from Runaway Campers. No we are not full timers but we do spent months each year on the road.
Ed struggles with Parkinson’s disease. Some days are better than others. If you see him shaking don’t worry he is fine. With medication it is under control most of the time. Through the magic of camera stability you can hardly notice.
We post a video most Sundays we hope you will join us. Subscribe if you like or just drop by occasionally.

Us : We are in our Early 60,s are we retired? We are not sure; currently we are taking a break from work to travel and enjoy life. We may go back working some day or we may not. We are just taking it one month at a time.

This is so helpful. I think I make things harder on myself by doing things all from the beginning at the camp site. Just heating up bacon instead of starting with uncooked bacon on a cold Black Stone is a game changer for me.Thank you for these ideas!

Loved this video. You move around the kitchen like I do. No waisted motions. My grandchildren tease me because I zip around prepping food for meals later in the day or next day. Like you , I can always pull something from the freezer when family comes to visit. Gives us more time to visit. I hope you do more of these videos. Also Ed, I'm really loving your intros and endings on your videos. Safe travels from one Hoosier to another.

This is great Nancy! Love the simple idea of tilting your baked bacon pan and sliding bacon to the top and let it drown south! I also loved the individual meatloafs idea! Lovely kitchen BTW! You need to start a “Cooking With Nancy” channel!

Loved the video….had never thought of raising bacon on one end to drain grease, freezing it and meatloaf in muffin tins! Already got bacon in the freezer for salmon lake rally!
