Had a c&p few weeks ago. Not sure it went well. Invited VSO into witness. Did not feel the dr had even read my file before meeting. ??? Waiting

They refuse to use personal DBQs now and most C&P examiners are Nurse Practitioners who don’t even practice in the field of your claim, most know specific DBQ questions nor 38 CFR criteria; yet these people carry more weight than your primary board certified doctors….

I had a IMO for ptsd . Before it started the examiner asked me why the VA sent me if the diagnosis was current . I don’t think it went well then she proceeded to tell me it takes a couple try’s to get what I want ??

Being treated by VA psychologist and psychiatrist for extreme ptsd. How long should I wait to file since their notes even tie it to service connection from TERA conceded service?

File an intent to file for whatever claim and once you've been diagnosed and get some sessions in for therapy (3 or 4) file immediately. I got 50 and 5 years later am trying to get 70 now. Having to appeal because my examiner didn't listen at all and didn't list half the things I said to him.

Thanks. I am seeing both psych and psycho and also now on two meds, several sessions. Did you just print out the session notes from the myhealthyvet website or did your docs write a DBQ?

U look tired bro. U d pass ur ptsd c n p flying colours Va decision letter ✉️ veteran had a tough birth causing ptsd we don't see the link between combat service and vets ptsd. 3 purple hearts and 2 medal 🏅 of honor 6 silver stars 🌟 and 9 bronze stars are favorable findings. Va concedes toxic exposure likely. Thanks 4 ur service sucker ahhhh I mean vet
