Spanish Puchero: A Culinary Journey | Superdelícia with Lori
Join us on a culinary journey to Spain with Lori and prepare a comforting Puchero, perfect for warming your soul. A traditional Spanish recipe that combines robust flavors and ingredients in perfect harmony.
Ingredients:
500g of chickpeas (soaked overnight)
1kg of pork ribs
600g of pork loin
400g of chorizo sausage
300g of bacon
4 English potatoes (boiled without skin for 3 minutes)
1 sweet potato
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
3 tomatoes, chopped
3 medium carrots, chopped
2 stalks of celery, chopped
4 bay leaves
Paprika, salt, and pepper to taste
Parsley for garnish
Preparation:
Cook the chickpeas until tender and reserve the water.
Brown the pork ribs and loin in olive oil, set aside.
Fry the chorizo and bacon, add the chopped vegetables and stir well.
Reintegrate the meats into the pan, add paprika, water gradually, and let the meats soften.
Add the potatoes and chickpeas, cooking until all ingredients are well integrated.
Garnish with parsley for a touch of freshness.
