I learned something new watching this video... I keep my low slick back ponytail (natural shoulder length) for about a 7 days before wash day & I add Eco “olive oil” plus water once a day just for that fresh look.. but not anymore I’m just gonna add water and a silk durag for about 10 minutes then go about my day. Preciate it!

I don't take my hair out of my bun, I just leave it because it's not a tight bun and nothing is pulling. Is this ok?

Yes my not tight either plus it’s under scarf or Durag I spritz with some water and oil for shine

I use this method and my hair is more coarse than yours. The only thing is that I have to leave the scarf on longer and I have to switch up my part to avoid breakage.
