I love the explanation but for whatever reason mine isn’t so simple. I can not get the hat to sit on it firm enough for the letters to attach without having to press it multiple times from different angles. The middle is fine but the edges and close to it won’t attach

My letters are wrinkling under the press and I watched all videos from beginning to end! Any advice? The vinyl attached but there are wrinkles in the fabric and therefore the letters :-(

Maybe you can press the shirt prior to trying to apply the vinyl.

i just ordered this, is digital transfer heat and digital sublimation transfer heat the same?

Yes they are different. Sublimation requires sublimation ink.

Hello, I purchased this machine in March of this year, but just took it out the box today (4-30-20) ready to do a t-shirt. I can’t say that I really understand the instructions. They are very vague to me. The machine comes on, but I can’t figure out to get it to heat. I’m very frustrated and I hope I haven’t wasted my money on a faulty machine, that warranty is probably no longer on it! Can you help me please?

I've made a ton of custom clothing and you wouldn't believe how many times people want black on dark blue. I hate it but it's popular.. Who cares as long as the person wearing it is happy.
