Matibay po ang Rubberized paint once na matuyo, hindi na na sya lalambot kahit mahaluan ng bagong Paint (in this case, superwhite)....

That's To much Exposure...you over cooked the photo emulsion....1o seconds is enough...

I just hang it to dry or I can use electric fan or hair blower to dry the paint faster....plastisol inks need heat curing to dry...

In multi color printing water-based paint dries within 15 minutes to 1 hour, then you can print the next color....or you can wait for hours or the next day to print the next color...it's really up to you...

The ink I'm using is very durable , doesn't crack easily and can last for for years even without curing....

Water based dries faster when surrounding is Hot...printing at night or early morning will prolong the drying time time....or you can ask your supplier if they have an ink retarder for your water-based ink, it will surely prolong the drying time...
