I seen the video the time frame you put 40 to 50/60 days, for the new plants to grow, but in that time frame, did you have it in the sun? How often did you water it?

No, I am not in the sun, I put it in a place that is not in direct sunlight. I water it one week 3 times

3-5 roots is sufficient, but if we get more, the better. yes sir the mother plant recovered from cutting the roots

You can cut a piece of snake plant at the base, let it callous and put in soil or water. It takes a LONG time, so I put a Pothos clipping in to speed up the process.
