How To Propagate Dendrobium Orchids, Taking Cuttings Of Dendrobium Orchids, Get Gardening, Houseplants, U.K.
I got given this Dendrobium orchid about 4 years back. After thriving in its bathroom position it got potted up, and then potted again last year.
The plant is not as big as it was as one of the children knocked it off the windowsill, but it has still produced a good amount of flower.
But, there does come a time where you look at a plant and think something needs to be done with it, to make it look better, or it needs to go in the recycling.
The option is to cut and divide the orchid, replant, and re grow some nicer plants.
Tools required;
Suitably sized pots,
Fresh Orchid specific compost,
Clean sharp secateurs or knife
