Lemon trees prefer well-draining soil. They can easily succumb to root rot if allowed to sit in soggy soils. For best results indoors, plant the lemon seedlings in a fast-draining cactus and succulent mix or add additional pumice, perlite, or sand to a standard soil mix to ensure good drainage.

Hello, i was wondering about the water amount you added in the soil? I have tried following your instructions but i ended up getting mold everywhere. I am guessing i have added too much water or something else happened which i dont know..

Your plant is getting too much moisture thatsy its getting molds ..make sure the soil is clean and u only sprinkle a bit of water like he did in this video also if you stay in a humid area make sure to close the plastic properly so that it doesn't get extra moisture..keep it in direct sunlight for an hour if needed and rest in indirect sunlight.. absence of sunlight leads to growth of bacterias n different kind of funguses thus it creates mold
