My Cane has been set at wrong height ever since I've been using it for over a decade now! thank you so much, I feel the difference and shoulders are even when I use it now!

I have back problems, hard to stand up straight does it matter , which side to use cane on?

My arms are different lengths and I would be using my shorter arm. I'm not sure how good my balance would be. Any thoughts?

People do not use canes right next to their bodies. Canes are used at the front and then to the side but almost never right next to the leg. Why do therapists keep insisting that the heights of canes must be measured from an inappropriate distance?
