Hello my loves in this video I wanted to share some powerful ways I protect and clear my energy centers. Tapping into various practices, boundaries, products, energetic limits and creative habits to remain in a safe auric field. With all the external noises and distractions of our world today it can be easy to allow negativity in our environment to enter our sacred energy field.
