Love this product! I did start to notice while practicing on my mannequin head that my eyes would get blurry after a while. I haven't started working with clients yet, but this would be great once I do. Thanks for sharing! Love your videos, they've taught me a lot

Yes, definitely get into the habit of protecting your vision, especially once you start taking clients and have to work their lashes for 2-3 hours at a time

Can the lamp be used without the light? Also can the light levels be adjusted? It terms of brightness warm and cool tone light?

You can definitely use it without the light for just magnification purposes. The light levels aren't adjustable - it just has an on and off switch.

Hi, I’m practicing so much on my Doll head but I wear glasses and my eyes strain so much so what’s the best method to ensure that my eyes don’t strain and that I ensure I’m attaching the lashes properly

Definitely use either the glasses or the lamp! Some lash artists even use both their regular glasses with the magnifying glasses over them. Definitely reach out to your eye doctor if you are having concerns (maybe your prescription is incorrect?) Light is also your best friend so make sure to have a good amount in your room!

I’m just starting to apply lashes, I have a magnifying lamp that I use but I also wear glasses , I tried it with the glasses but it’s awkward, do you suggest I don’t wear glasses?

Hey! To be honest I usually prefer the magnifying lamp but glasses are really helpful too! They are going to take some time to get used to but its worth the time to get used to them if it means your eyes won't be staining!

Hello! Thank you so much for your question! For the eyelash extensions, we do need to place the false lash on the natural lash. I would recommend coming in for a consultation for one of our lash artists to look at your eyelashes to make sure the extensions are right for you - we do our best to make sure your lashes are strong enough to hold the false lashes without getting damaged!

Hello i am a beginning lash technician, I have the magnifying glasses and they keep sliding off of my face. Im wondering if im wearing them correctly and they hurt my nose

Hey! The nose pads should be pliable enough for you to make that space wider and hopefully make it more comfortable! If they keep sliding, there is that elastic band that you can use to replace the plastic temples - this should help secure the glasses. If you ever have any other questions or concerns please reach out to us!

Typically a Saddle stool without a back - I find its the best to make sure you keep your posture !

The light won’t affect the clients skin after hours of lashing ? Will the light hurt your eyes after a while and cause long term effects ?

It shouldn't affect their skin or eyes! If your client has really watery eyes, it may be best to use the light on the magnifying glasses vs the lamp.

If the client is worried about the light, you can place the lamp a little further away and use these magnifying glasses or something similar to help you see the lashes easier.
