But……she doesn’t really show how and where to actually do the pruning….like I need and up close shot to know exactly where and how to cut on the stem/plant 😣

Thank you for sharing! One question: Would pruning at the same time as repotting be too much for the plant to handle? I fear putting the plant into shock.

Just a thought, have a plant that could actually be chopped as you explained the reasons. Even if you could find a plant on clearance to be the sacrificial lamb. Then discuss after care.

Thanks so much for this video - I had a question though, it’s early spring in Australia and my friend gave me his Monstera which is extremely leggy (was in low light for ages). What would happen if I cut off every leaf?

Plants need leaves for photosynthesis. Trim back to nodes if you have to.

My split leaf Monstera came as a gift . It is 4' tall. And 4' wide . It does appear that it has 5 separate plants in the planter. It has not been crowded at all. Healthy and growing great....😊

What is the point of creating a VIDEO that doesn't actually SHOW anything at all that you're talking about?? Would be great if you created a video with this information but.... you know... actually shows what you're doing.
