Throughout the process, magnets are utilized to isolate the DNA, making the protocol simple and scalable. Eight samples can be processed manually, or 24 samples can be processed when using the KingFisher™ Flex Magnetic Particle Processor with 24 Deep-Well Head.
The MagMAX Cell-free DNA Isolation Kit may also be used to isolate cell-free DNA from serum and urine.

How can we develop a blood test to detect cancerous cells at their earliest stage. Can free circulating nucleic acid give a sign of cancer as these fragments are high in cancer due to uncontrolled proliferation?
