How to re-thread your Nifty-Lift block and tackle rope pulley system. (Buy block and tackle for sale at nifty-lift.com).
The Nifty-Lift.com block and tackle comes in two models, Basic and Deluxe. The Deluxe pulley system has a locking cleat and is more for lifting, whereas the Basic is more for horizontal pulling. Both are made of solid aluminum, stainless steel bolts and roller bearings, and come with 40' of High-tech shuttle parachute cord (1,600 lb tensile strength) for the rope pulley and two 7' lanyards.

I would also like to see an option on the website for a new designed side plate that is double sided for the bearings with longer Allen bolts and longer piece or cord for the same power pull of 10ft for the purpose of mating 2 of the lift system together to go from 4 pulleys to 8 pulleys just by changing the side plate of the block an tackle. So that two can be bolted together. Ofcourse at the users risk. More so because I have a few older special people in my life Ild like to get some for. But being older some things that would be easier for a younger person even with the advantage not so much for someone older with back problems. The easier pull for the same pound rating would be an nice option

So a kit designed to bolt two lifts together not for changing the weight/pull amount rating. But to aid In the good people the system that would work great for. To give them a better method from an even lighter pull an the freedom of still enjoying doing things they used to do at younger ages or without back problems. Or an disability that would prevent them from being able to pull heavier of a weight of pull without hurting themself.

I noticed on this deluxe model there is only one shim spacer.. Is that to keep the tolerances closer to avoid cord slippage off the bearing? Or because of different dimensioning for this model geometry?

it's a design change for closer spacing... really both reasons....always looking to improve quality

This Niftelift deluxe is awesome and the build quality is excellent and simple to maintain.. I love it .. am a customer for life ..Thanks Al 👍👍👍

Niftelift this looks amazing I hope I can afford to get one someday. I really wish the lock clip was on the standard one also. I know someone with a disability but still insist on being independent I'd love to get one for. You did an outstanding job on this.
