The Nifty-Lift was provided to me to test out and make a video review of by Albert Peel the company owner. It is a really well made lightweight version of a block and tackle system with a 4 to 1 mechanical advantage. It is made in the USA by a veteran owned company that employs veterans first and has a lifetime warranty. It's definitely a high quality lightweight package that I would recommend if you are in the market for a lifting / pulling device like this. I bought it to put in my pack when I go into the wood on my duel sport motorcycle, to setup my portable Ham radio station, in case I drop the bike I can use it to help me up right the bike, and or to move small logs that maybe blocking the trail.@@unemployedredneckhillbilly2023

That is a nice little kit and its good to see it all made in the USA by Veterans its getting a lot of coverage on the internet which I think is great ive been a boater my entire life and i understand the technical. Aspect of the block and tackle. But it still amazes me everytime i use one as to how effortless it makes it for one person to operate in my first home that i owned and sold many years ago. I used to hang a boat under the deck i built and when i do pass by it all of my pulleys and ropes are still where i left them the house is only a couple of blocks from a well socked man made lake And i guess the newer owners aren’t interested in having a boat To fish thanks for your reveiw on the kit you are a lucky man if i told my wife the same thing about getting her golf cart stuck or unstuck she would probably try running me over with that cart lol And dragging me with the rope i the kit

They did a nice job on it and it's great to see veterans employing veterans. The rope that they used is amazing. First time that I have used a rope that had no stretch. If she ran you over with the cart then she would really need a set like this. Thanks for watching.

Really funny man. Albert sent one to me too. The first time a manufacturer is sending me something. To bad that I had to pay import fees and tax for it. It seems like he is trying to get the company off the ground and knows real world use on social media will show how good the product is. I really hope they succeed and grow into other products. Good review. Looks like they picked the right guy. You can keep it near the cyclone rake motor and the generator so it's always handy. How cool. I think I'll mention this to my hubby. Thanks for the review, it looks pretty cool. :)

They have sent several out. Albert is trying to get the company off the ground and knows real world testing on social media will show others how good the product is. I think social media is the lowest cost form of advertising these days. I really hope the company does well and expands their product line. They did a great job on it. Thanks for watching.

That looks like it would be super handy for changing the the blades on a zero turn mower.

Albert actually tested one of these things on a break machine and it failed at about 7,000 lbs. The rope failed, the block and tackle was fine. I'ld easily trust it to over 1000 lbs, if you could pull that hard.

@@unemployedredneckhillbilly2023 Sorry, but how is that dangerous? He sent it in to have it officially tested on a machine designed to break things. That's how he came up with the 700 lb SWLL. If anything, he's being conservative. At 5:1 safety margin, he would be well over 1000 lbs.

I have some cheap ones I got from Harbor Freight. It would be good to get a comparison to those to see if it is worth getting the better ones.

I like the Habanada's that we canned last year on sandwiches and in salads. The Nadapenos we just did will be used on nacho plates, 7 layer dips, and Mexican cooking. They are a little vinegary to eat plain. Thanks for watching.

It's made from all top of the line parts to be extremely lightweight and durable. The rope and splicing is probably 1/2 of the cost. I think it is worth it. A junk one that weighs 5 times this one and takes up 10 times the space with a 400 pound rating using 70 lb rated rope can be had at Harbor Freight for $16.00 if that is what you need. You have to appreciate the precision engineering, compactness and efficiency. I take mine hunting with me to string up elk at hunt camp, I think that was what Albert had in mind when he designed it.

Quality products come at a price, buy a good item once or buy multiple lesser quality ones and risk it failing at the worst possible time. I recently met a young guy at a restaurant who was in the service and at 19 lost both legs above the knee about 8 years ago. I was very moved by meeting this veteran more than I can express here. This unit may be a bit pricey but you know what, these veterans put their lives on the line so we can sit home and watch videos like this while they are in harms way. I will buy one and know it helps support those who have protected us. Nice review, thanks for posting it.

Haha LOVE that disclaimer! So where do the idiots-- who use it to lift something and leave it swinging on a rope directly over their body & face - without securing it with blocks or something - buy the common sense to go with the kit? I hope that company succeeds.
