Great video, sanding the spring discs could help to reg refilling time ,but main problem of this regs is creeping and it is related to reg sealing surfaces, in this regulator, sealing surfaces are the black disk and shoulder of the shaft, if you remove the black disk you can see the shoulder ,polishing these two surfaces can reduce or completely solve the creeping issue

When you use the 3M paper it also help reduce creeping

Great video! I own 2 Prophet V1s. Any chance you can share the parts you used to build the reg pressure tester?

I have a question. How much does the regulator creep in one day or in a few days?
@anythingairguns10 ай бұрын
I don't know Exactly

You can check with a digital pressure gauge. Or with a chronograph (make a few shots through the chronograph, leave it for at least 24 hours and repeat), measure the first shot after 24 hours. I have the first shot deviation +5m/s after 24 hours.

Very good video. What lube you use for that regulator?

Did you watch the video?

@@redgum1340 yes I did and saw lubrication of bevel springs but did not get what kind of lub it was.

Yes I see what kind it is. Still don't know what grade and part number of this lub is to identify the technical specification. I want to know exactly because using the wrong lube it can self ignite while filling pcp bottle.

We are using Super Lube Synthetic Grease

Fine, you're only polishing off the very small burrs. That will give you more consistency at your selected output pressure.
