Thanks for doing that, I'm thinking of putting some ebony scales on mine. I know the steel is not the best but it's really uk legal, unlike some of my favourites where the ricasso and the edge come to more than 3" which has been thus deemed so I have heard. Pity you can't expect the police, magistrates and judges to know the finer points so that I can carry lots more knives, not all at the same time!

Note to self: Never open a SOG Terminus. But I know where to come now if I ever do.

What an absolute fuck on that is…in your opinion is this a side effect of the really good open/close action, or just piss poor design by SOG? I’ve been really on the fence about this one as I love the look of it, but I love taking my knives apart regularly (to clean them if nothing else). This looks like it would give an asprin a headache!

I'd say poor design, the pins should be press fit at least into one side, or all should drop in like the stop pin, it is an otherwise really great mechanism but this is a let down.
