Hey Steve, thanks for the pic! I also use colors here and there, it's a great way to organize parts. Normally i don't edit during the recording process, so i quickly mark the best lane with a color. When i come back for editing, it's easy to have a starting point :)

I haven’t used it in a while but, if I recall correctly, you don’t need to cut the parts: the compare tool allows you to simply “paint” the sections you like of each take and they are reflected at the top. Much easier!
