Hi Oscar - Yes, this will enable the recording of ATC and passenger communications.

Thanks @Wild_Cumulus_Cloud, we have sold a lot of the GoPro adapters and haven't had anyone complain about the sound quality as of yet.

How do you keep your GoPro Hero 10 cool inside the cockpit? Mine frequently overheats and switches off.

Your settings. The higher the resolution and framerate, the faster it heats up.

Yes, same set up. The Bose dual plug headset used in the video is the same type used in a 172. One of the headset plugs goes into the adapter and then the adapter plug and second headset plug go into the airplane.
