Sidharth Bigg boss khatm hone ke just baad Cigrette pina band kar diye the achhe se leki BB aur uske pahle jarur pite the. But Sidharth ko cigrette chhode huye 1.5 years ho chuke the Bas acting ke liye pina padta tha. Aur medicine ki baat ki apne wo Ankle sprain ki dawaiyan thi 1 mahine pahle gym me ankle sprain ho gya tha Sid ka.

Thank you Sir for the detailed information. My ldl levels are always high I take 20 mg cholesterol tablet everyday. I eat healthy diet everyday but still my cholesterol is high. I also have hypertension I take 5mg blood pressure tablets daily

i can tell you some ideas to control your high BP and cholesterol , 1 stop consuming meat 2 start drinking warm water with half tablespoon lime juice 3 dont use refined oil to cook food 4 start doing meditation if possible or set an alarm for 15 minutes and try to concentrate on your breathing, do alom vilom during those 15 minutes. 5 start eating 1-2 neem leaves daily in morning , it will help in increasing white blood cell ( better immunity) 6 avoid tea / coffee / alcohol / beverages Follow this for 30 days and tell me about how u feel
