One of the top 5 questions I get is: I sweat a lot during & post-workout and it's hot where I live. How do I keep my hair fresh after working out if I am only supposed to wash 2-3x per week?
In this video, I break down my exact post-workout hair care process.
I only wash my hair 1x per week and workout 5x per week, so it's definitely possible.
Products mentioned in the video:
amzn.to/2ZOXuTH - Charcoal Dry Shampoo
amzn.to/3gwwsqp - Sandalwood Dry Shampoo
amzn.to/3gCsHjd - Dove Dry Shampoo For Oily Hair
amzn.to/3dgoAXX - Powder Dry Shampoo For Oily Hair

Tips: 1. Use dry shampoo before workout. 2. Make a loose high bun during workout. 3. Keep your hair in a high ball when you take a shower after workout. Use a hair cap. Use a blow dryer in cold setting to evaporate all the sweat.
