This Video explains "how to" relax and feel the wind on the body in the various positions within the belly and back fly ranges. I prefer to think of these orientations as ranges rather than positions.
There are positions within each range/orientation. Knowing and being able to feel these then allows you as a flyer to move relaxed and feel the wind within the range, but to also then be able to hold strange positions but with only necessary tension.
