Since I've started watching your videos, I am consistent in studying for school everyday, my grades aren't really affected yet (never bad however just medium) but I already notice that I make huge progress, thanks to you giving everyone out there the tools to a better life. Also, I started going to to the Gym 1-2 times a week and read a few pages of a book (atomic habits) when I wake up, instead of doom scrolling until the second I really have to get out of bed . I quit social media+ computer games, on which I wasted much time. Last but not least, thanks to you inspiring me to do all of this, I've started becoming friends with people and my social life literary exists now and it is the best time of my life. I can't put in words how widely you affected my life because your knowledge was my light-switch. Out of every single video from you Abraham I learn a new concept and/or get a new perspective, same with this one! Thank you. real.

Real❤ I’ve definitely hit a roadblock with a module I’m battling to understand When I hear out other’s solutions to this …I just can’t seem to apply their method But biggest take away from this is to create a solution and just keep challenging my brain…failure is a learning experience and it’s scary asf but I know I can conquer this💪🏾

Thank you for this! I've been 'watching' your videos for a while, but mostly just opening them up in a new tab with all my other self-help videos. I struggled to get even halfway through any of them. This video really felt like it was calling my name. I was journaling while watching this video and taking down notes that felt important and my biggest take-away was having a project to work on/towards.

i have realised that you have started to be like Dan koe interms of how he writes his emails and also how he creates his videos.
