Hello! after several tests I realized that the v71 engine you are going to repair is the air recirculation one, I would like to understand how you did to solve the hot air problem by fixing the recirculation ... In fact what manages the hot air is the v68 engine, the v71 is of the recirculation, I would like to understand what that recirculation has to do with the temperature. I hope you can help me thank you very much look forward Your answer ☺️☺️👍

Just cut the bugger out of the system, get a proper carbon cabin filter and set the flaps to fresh air. One less thing to worry about. :D

It's not that simple. Recir allows the air to cool more, since non-conditioned air is not drawn into the evap core.

The motor and the mech can probably be fixed but its in such a cramped space. The cabin volume of the TT is so small anyway, it's never healthy to disallow fresh air, IMO. If it was an A6 wagon, I'd spend more effort on it and make it work but it makes sense to me to always let it stay open with a quality carbon filter on the TT. Edited typo.

Salut și mulțumim pt postări! Îmi poți spune te rog pe unde se ajunge la motorașul responsabil pt clapeta dezghețare/dezaburire?(Jetta >2007). E vorba de servomotorul v107, care pe schițe apare undeva la limita dintre ceasurile bordului și consola centrala. Zi frumoasa!

Salut, Marius! Nu suntem siguri, dar s-ar putea sa fie pozitionat pe carcasa aerotermei, sub plasticul din partea stanga de pe consola centrala (plasticul de la schimbatorul de viteze). Mai exact in dreapta pedalierului, dupa plasticul de pe tunelul median.
