Hello, I would like to replace my seat frame from wire to solid. It is already saggy. Is there a replacement part for that?

Great question, Steelcase didn't make a solid frame for the Think V1. You would have to purchase a v2 think to get the solid seat frame and from our knowledge they are not interchangeable.

This is really a horrible business model to have you customers fix their own chairs because you're too lazy to fix them for us. We paid for them. That means you fix them. Not us. Horrible company!

right im like so pissed trying to put whatever stupid part connects in the back to put the seat pad back on. this company sucks. not to mention the whole reason im having to do this in the first place is cause the stupid chair wont stop sinking all the way down on me

@@racconsoup They got you too? Yeah, same thing happened to me. They sent me a new cylinder and seat frame and didn't tell me I had to buy a bunch of tools that I normally don't need just to fix the chair. Then following these exact instructions, the new cylinder broke and now they are telling me to buy a new one. Even though this is covered by their warranty. I reported them to the NJ AG and BBB as well as submitting my horror story in reviews so hopefully more people stay away from them. If you have the time you should report them to the AG as well so a big enough case can be brought against them.
