We have tried Colgate, Vaseline and Indo Power Car Scratch Remover in this video to remove the deep scratches from Bumper. some of the Plastic part was also damaged but we successfully normal scratches from car, but we could not removed the deep scratches from it... the result of all three products are shown in video.

If you try to repaint it you self than there are chances of color differences, if you are ok with it than do it by paint spray ...if you want to repaint the whole bumper than avoid it doing your self , go to paint workshop...
