I have a 2020 A5 sportback, just swapping out grills today. I have the bumber off already, just having a hard time removing the bottom bar that sits on the inside of the grill. The clips are nightmare. Any suggestions?

BK Motorsport who no longer carries them. I’d recommend CARBNLAB if you are looking for a grille

Do you need to modified the crash bar for the sensor to fit? Mine is a prestige. Don’t know if there’s any different. Thx in adv!

I had to remove the foam from the crash bar along with notching/widening some existing holes using a drill and unibit to make room for the sensors.

Which honeycomb grille did u go with? Can you paste the link please? Also did u have center camera and sensors for parking on your car? Did u have to make modifications to grille?

I purchased mine from BK Motorsport awhile ago but they stopped selling the grilles. Mine is the Premium Plus trim so I do not have a camera. I did have to modify (drill larger holes) the crash bar to make it fit with the parking sensors. This was an issue with the older grilles. Not sure if its been fixed with the newer ones on eBay.

Hi mate. On the crash bar inside the foam it has a clear tube running through it with sensor at each end. Any ideas what it's for and what I should do with it. Thanks

When I installed the grille, the bumper/new grille did not fit without removing it. Depending on the type of new grille you use, you may need to remove it

Plug/wire on the driver side of lower bumper only

It looks like you have the front camera. Did you get the V2 3D camera mount and how is the view compare to stock?

Use a long flathead and use something to hammer the handle of the flathead

I have taken off the front bumper numerous times and set it down gently. First time it fell like that lol. Just being clumsy I guess :)

not very careful with that , ill never leave a car on hands , droping the bumper and drag it on the concrete floor … wow.
