Hey Jules - thanks for this vid! Trying to replace a G37 front driver's side door with an interchangeable G25 door of same year. Struggling with 2 issues: 1) How do I swap out the door lock - so that my original manual key will continue to work - and - 2) Since G25 does NOT have the 3 memory buttons on driver's side like the G37, will I have to remove the original wire harness from G37 and re-use it on the G25 door, so that the memory buttons still work? Any instructions for these 2 things, please? Thanks again!

Yea had a accidentally discharge with my 9mm glock and the bullet went right into the inside door pannel under the driver handle. I’m gonna take this off tomorrow and find it and make the bullet into somthing. It almost took my life so I wanna remember that mistake.

I followed the video and everything was fine till the door won’t lock . Any suggestions? All I did was switch the door panel no motor was replaced . The doors close but it will not lock manually or with remote. The lock switch on the door feels stuck/hard to move.

I’m very lost on whether the uppermost speaker pops off with the rest of the panel
