Hello sir! Radio went on and off for a while then now nothing.. all it says now is " radio unavailable nor does the DVD work..navigation is perfect, but no music nor DVD dont..im located in San Jose..any recomendations? definately miss my radio! :/

I'm having trouble removing the plug you already had unplugged there is no clip you know how to remove please

The plastic plug has a clip which you need to use a small flat screw driver to push it in then pull the plug out. The metal plug, just move it side to side and pull it out.

I have a 2010 S550 4Matic and today I was driving with no issues and all of the sudden the music stopped as well as the navigation screen. Do you think it is the screen or the amp or what could it be?

It is not the screen nor the Amp, the command unit is bad.

definitely the radio but i just got one ordered that looks newer then the one i had before off eBay for about $103 came in like 2 days.
