You mean the metal thing (consisting of two welded parts) where the license plate holder is attached, I assume. You can either replace the part completely. It is an official spare part. Or, as it is probably broken at the welds, you can drill two holes instead of the welds and fix the two individual parts with screws.

@@mobilize-switzerland Exactly, the welds broke and i already fixed it with screws but is not the best, i would like to replace the entire part but i don't know how to dismount the back side in order to access where the holder is fixed

@@blameaux You need to remove rear panels as shown from minute 7. Theres no need to remove the battery compartment lid of the battery under your feet as shown earlier in the video. Use screw lock when installing the part, otherwise you will do the same procedure again in a couple of months.
