It's fine for a solid white or solid color background, but if you background is something with texture... not so much. You'll want to use frequency separation and then it gets more complicated.

Couldn't be more confused. I tried this six times with no result. So frustrating. 2:31-2:35 spot. Stated to click click command & option key and then click on the Layer 1. At that point it would select the two layers at the same time. Not sure what I am doing wrong.
