How to remove the coolant T-pipe on a KTM dirt bike

Pro Tip: if you don’t want to pay for the special tool, take an old 10mm deep well socket and cut the matching grooves into the outside of it with a dremel.

Mike, How are you planning on preserving the VIN number on the frame when you send it off for powder coating? The VIN on these KTM's is stamped into the powder

Replace that with the 1 piece T hose from SAMCO Sport it is made from silicon and will not have any issues.

I have removed these while the entire bike is together and even with the proper tools it is a real PIA

Can be removed with 14mm hex key and a cromevanadium screwdriver

Actually you can heat that piece, heat gun not torch. The OEM Hoses take the heat .
