This is how I removed the rear fender on my Triumph Bobber and fitted Kellermann Atto 3 in 1 tail lights with the November Customs light mounts and Motone customs wiring harness. I also used a ClassicBike Raisch side licence plate mount to move the licence plate from the stock mudguard.
I have wanted to fit this tail tidy for my Bobber since I first bought it but was struggling to find the parts that I really liked to tidy up the rear mudguard and finally eliminate the rear fender.
So this is how I did rear fender delete:

Great job m8 very informative and a great help on how to do this mod. Looks so much better than stock. Well done! Cam l ask what number plate holder your using..hate the big things you can get bit yours looks slick!?

Thanks mate glad you found it useful. Yea same it took me ages to find this side plate mount. The others were either too big or too expensive. Why ? What's going to happen the first time you go through a muddy puddle? Have you never ridden a push bike without a rear guard on a wet road?

Looks great! Unfortunately in Spain we are forced to put something as a mud guard, can be small but something needs to be there. On the other hand, could you tell me the measures of the tyres?

Thanks I'm glad you like it . These are the stock tyres for the bobber which without the rear fender makes them look quite skinny. I can definitely see why most choose to put a wider back wheel on without the fender. What do you think?

@@britishbobberdefinitely looks way wider without it. However I've seen that some people manage to fit a 180 in the stock bike. Is too much but a 170 would look awesome!

Really helpful video; thank you. Can I check if the battery disconnect is a must before fitting new indicators/tail tidy?

Thanks, I'm glad you found it useful 😁. It was a must for me because I needed to change the stock wiring loom. I also didn't want to risk shorting the battery from any loose live wires touching each other or other parts. I'm no expert so 5 minutes disconnecting the battery was well worth it.

Where did you get the number plate printed in 'portrait ' please? I found somewhere once but can't for the life of me find it now 😂

I got them from eBay. The product i bought says the listing has ended but if you search for this " 5x7 3 row yellow pressed numer plate text" then that will give you a list of sellers to choose from. Let me know how you get on

The battery cover just pulls off without removing the silver bracket. Great vid though.

Hi, do you know if it is possible to change the pulse rate for the indicators on the 1200xc scrambler? Thanks . Really liking the the dinky indicators.

Im not sure mate sorry. Id assume it would be the same standard process. Best thing would be to just go try the method i shown in this video and see if the option comes up to do it. I love the attos too I'm thinking the front indicators will need to be done now aswell 💯

Thanks mate glad it was useful. I havent had anything go into the battery box itself up to now. The cover already in place does a pretty good job although the space under the seat gets pretty wet and dirty now. I generally avoid riding it in the wet now it hasnt got that rear mudguard.
