In this video I will show you 3 different methods for removing tomato and other stains from plasticware/silicone/glassware. This works for lunch containers, spatulas, glass baking ware, tea cups or pots, vases and more.
I recommend no matter the chosen method used, to allow the item to sit overnight. Also, be sure that the stain is covered..
Method One: Whitening Denture Tablets. I use 1 tablet per 1-2 cups of hot water.
Method Two: A thick paste made from hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. Add just enough peroxide to make a thick paste and cover the stain.
Method Three: Bleach and hot water. I use 1 Tablespoon bleach per cup of very hot water. Be SURE to NOT add any dish washing soap to the mix. Simply bleach and hot water.
