Brilliant video. I'd bought a tool [without the height adjuster 😥] and a third party apple watch strap. No instructions came with them and I've never tried this before . But with your help I didn't need them. It was very clear and spot on. Thank you - it's made a difference to my day 😃

We used a large needle and a small pin hammer, removed two links and refitted in three minutes. No need for this tool and no damage was caused using the above method...

It works, but watch out for single-screw pins, double-screw pins, and collared pins, etc. and note the 6/12 rule.

Hey, a great video, easy to understand for the novice like me. Can you do another video on how to measure your wrist to determine how long the band should be or is it just trial and error? Oh, and a BIG thumbs up. Well done!!!!

It’s trial and error unfortunately. You can mathematically calculate but there’s variables that make it more complicated like wrist hair and shape of wrist so it’s not as easy unfortunately!

That means you went the wrong way, I did the same thing until I went with the arrow then was easy to remove.

Could be an old strap and might be stuck. Try spray some lubricant in there

I bent my first one. But this video helped me get it right. I found that if you need too much force something is wrong. Stop, check you are pushing the right direction. That the stop is not blocking the pin from exiting. And that the pin is into the hole above the round end of the pin. Good luck! 😊
