Those sticker look plastic, NYC ones are like paper if you try to remove them they brake

When putting on the inspection sticker, I first dog-ear one of the corners so that it is easy to pull off the next year.

Huh? Obviously this is a shit sticker. Most of the time it’s impossible to peal off like that. You apply the sticker to a static cling windshield patch then cling it to the window.

No stickers here in Florida, no inspection required. Pity to the states that have inspections .

Pitty to u & your family when an "unsafe" vehicle Blows a friggin tire, on the highway and loses control, then wipes out your entire family in an accident that couldv'e been avoided if it were inspected. Use your head ! You don't think that sh*t happens ? News flash, you're wrong

@@Dal3d3nton You are correct , it does , but not as much...If a tech sees a customers car with bad tires, he will start digging deeper at the obvious stuff. But overall, I do believe inspections are just a way for the State to get your money

Robby rocks there’s not a single bit of evidence that proves that inspections prevent accidents. Most inspections just check for emissions. It’s also free.

@@jdamqueen I'm sure common sense will over rule your comment. I would bet anyone money that somewhere, in this country, their must've been plenty of examples, where an automotive technician did a safety inspection on a vehicle, and decided it will not pass, and is a safety hazard to drive with the general population. I also guarantee that somewhere a serious accident or death has occurred, ( in a state ) where their is no safety test mandate. Bottom line, " yes " it's a money maker for the states, ( but makes total sense) that we all know, not all ppl maintain their vehicles correctly...So I personally agree with the safety part. I think the emissions part should be banned, if anything, because cars today definately run cleaner compared to 30 yrs ago
