How wonderful that instead of just putting these instructions in the user manual indesit have been so kind as to print misleading nonsense on the cheapest sheet of recycled toilet paper they could find and then give you a QR code. It's good to know that anyone who doesn't have a smartphone with a QR code reader won't have any idea how to remove the drawer, or else they might actually be able to maintain their own appliance! Thanks, Indesit!

Mine is the sliding drawer and doesn't have a release clip in the middle. Any ideas

Would like to know the answer to this one too as mine is also a sliding drawer and does not have a clip to release to get it out. It’s almost impossible to budge, and I’m keen to understand whether this part is therefore faulty.

Oh, thank you for this! Three of us in this household and nobody could work it out from the pictures. So stiff we thought we’d break it, but hopefully it will loosen up a bit over time.

Hi. Looking for some help, please. The washing powder is not being washed into the washing machine during the wash. The washing powder is mostly left in the draw.

Is the liquid dispenser partition a part that has to bought separately. As my Innex didn't have one, which I've recently learned what the empty slot is actually for. 😊

Why is the liquid dispenser partition made of a size that can fall down into your machine and you can't get it out or see it ever again? This has just happened to me, I just hope it doesn't cause any problems to the machine when it is running. And where can I get a new one

I love that indesit gave you these same instructions for a washing machine that doesn't have either of these drawer types and gave a QR code which also gives zero information for the washing machine supplied. Absolutely useless manual and absolutely useless video. Slow clap for you guys
