Hello Everyone this is class 6 of After Effects. In this class you will learn how to render a transparent video clip from After Effects which you can use many times in Adobe Premiere or After Effects or any other video software. This video will be with Alpha channel. This can by widely used for Lower Thirds or any other animation which you want to overlay on your videos.

Wow! I used to keep a green screen behind. But it gave me problems as while applying chroma key, it would remove my content as that had green too. Nice video sir.

@ GFXMentor Sir your videos are really Awesome I use AE CS6 and tried to export as you instructed many times but its not happening the background is still black. There’s no other layer below the layer but also after rendering the black background appears.

We can also use blend modes to achieve the same effect...blend mode screen in this case.

No other colors will also blend if you use screen blend mode. Try that yourself and you will see the difference.

I follow the steps properly but IDK why it doesn't open on my mac's Quicktime and when I try it on another player it comes with a background color that we have applied on the canvas. I already have checked on AE there is no background by using the transparent icon you showed in the video.
