We use color hardener with water slurry to brush on color on step verticals frequently but sometimes day later that surface turns white, any ideas why?

this usually has something to do with moisture. either coming out of the slab or getting rained on too soon. I would try painting on a bonding agent like sure bond 100 before applying the slurry. if the problem came from getting rained on and it wont scrub off, then reapplication is the only way to fix it. thanks for watching CJ!
