My problem is that the hinge part disappeared when it broke. I'm struggling to figure out how to replace it. I might just drill out the hole so that it's uniform and run a simple axle through with a split pin. I am super happy with the rest of the headset as it's been smashed to bits multiple times, and all that i needed to do was to bend the thing back together.

To have it functional i've just ran a zip-tie through the holes as of now. If you know about any hinges anywhere hmu
