anyone watching this , it was reassembled incorrectly. It is suppose to have the very center spacer between the two center bushings/washers which he did not put in.

The curved part of the washer is supposed to be against the bushing.

i know its been awhile since you posted but i wanted to thank you, as i was trying to find a CD5 specific, thats an EX, because they say the rear sway bar is slightly different on the subframe side of things than LX/DX

Lots of different things going on with the back end between LX and EX.

If you have synthetic grease it’ll be better than lithium grease. Or even better anti-seize. At the time of this video White lithium was the only grease I had.

The Soviet Pinecone they’re polyurethane, energy suspension has some kind of lubricating properties embedded into the material

Just to let you know your car is a automatic its in park and front wheel drive. so you didnt have to put the brake on before loosening it just saying

The park Pawl prevents both wheels from moving But due to the nature of the differential still allows one wheel to spend in One Direction while simultaneously rotating the opposite wheel in the opposite direction. You can try this yourself, jack your car up and try to spin the wheel, it will just spin the opposite wheel. Park only prevents both wheels from spinning in the same direction.
