Thanks. Worked a treat for my Nissan Leaf. Regarding the stuck key comment below, my fob the key part clips off in the same way on top and bottom, so for stuck keys, this might help.

Is it okay if i use CR2025 battery?? It seems like the key works okay with it and it fits but I just wanted to make sure if it won't damage it or if it's not going to last as long.

do you need to reprogram it after changing the battery to sync with the car or is it ok to just change the battery. I know some cars need to be programmed to a new key fob.
