That looked nice and easy. I've just tried to fit carbon filters to my new belling and it was virtually impossible; Such a tight squeeze. I'm dreading trying to replace them.

HELLO i have the BUSH Cooker Hood BCH90SS It is a week old and we are having problems trying to get the filter what sits on the top of it as we have the 2 what come with it for the inside fan but we do not no if we have to get one for the top as we are not going to have it going out side with the pipe because when you Turn it on the 2 flaps on the top open up, so we do not no if it will be clean hair or dirty hair coming out ?

Thanks for the video. I notice a lot of carbon filters have the same name 'CF110' by different brands. Do you think they would work across different brands that use the same number?

Hi , can you please how can i unmount carbon filter of my hood model Amica OKC951S ? Not able to reach there as its inclined glass in from of it . Any tips ? I am from Norway .

Hi Deepak Sorry to hear you're having issues with this. Unfortunately this is a different brand and company so couldn't possibly advice on how to help. I'd recommend giving there customer service a ring and go from there, all the best.

Can I just remove the carbon filter.my good doesn't seem to suction well with a carbon filter. I tried removing the filter and it suctioned well.

I think activated carbon filters can only be used once. The grease filters can be cleaned over and over though.

@@SGK2325 No, the carbon chemically absorbs the smell/smoke into the carbon and can only be removed by "reactivation" which requires heating it to 900 degrees C.
